Age Restriction

Poquet products contain alcohol (5–8% ABV). By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, in accordance with Spanish law (Ley 7/2022 and applicable regional regulations). We reserve the right to request proof of age at checkout or on delivery, and to refuse or cancel any order where age cannot be verified.

Shipping Policy

Where we ship We currently ship within Spain, including the Balearic Islands and the Spanish mainland.

Processing time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are included in the sale price.

Packaging All products are shipped in cans, which travel well and are far less prone to breakage than glass. Orders are packed securely to arrive in the same condition they left our facility.

Age verification on delivery Our courier partners may require an adult signature (18+) upon delivery. If no adult is available to receive and verify age at the time of delivery, the package may be returned to a local depot or re-delivery may be attempted, depending on courier policy.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Your right to withdraw In accordance with EU consumer protection law and the Spanish Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without needing to give a reason.

Exceptions Please note that, as is standard for food and beverage products, this right of withdrawal does not apply once a product has been opened or its seal broken, for hygiene and product safety reasons. Unopened, unsealed products in their original packaging remain eligible for return within the 14-day window.

How to request a return To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@poquetmallorca.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number. We'll confirm the return process and provide instructions.

Return shipping costs Unless the product is faulty or was sent in error, the cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days, in accordance with applicable law.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@poquetmallorca.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Prices and taxes All prices displayed on this website are in Euros (€) and include 21% IVA (Spanish VAT), unless otherwise stated.

Payment We accept [payment methods, e.g. credit/debit card, etc.]. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your card details.

Order acceptance Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including in cases where age cannot be verified, product availability issues arise, or pricing errors are identified.

Applicable law and jurisdiction These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under EU or Spanish law regardless of jurisdiction.

Alternative dispute resolution In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, consumers within the EU may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
