We came from Italy and Ireland, by way of California, and landed on the sunny shores of Mallorca — drawn together by a shared obsession with crafting delicious, fizzy drinks done right. Here, we found everything we needed: fresh, honest ingredients, deep-rooted traditions, and an island spirit that's impossible not to bottle. Mallorca's rhythm — sun-soaked, unhurried, alive — is in everything we make. Every can is our attempt to capture that feeling: refreshing, a little unexpected, and genuinely joyful.
